DORA has 10 divisions, and two are of interest to COMBINE: the Division of Insurance and the Division of Professions and Occupations. 

The Division of Insurance (DOI) makes rules that govern commercial health insurance under Title 10.  COMBINE is concerned with commercial insurance network adequacy, credentialing and contracting times, reimbursement rates, MHPAEA Parity compliance, and utilization management.

The Division of Professions and Occupations (DPO) makes rules that govern the licensure and operation of mental health professionals.  Each COMBINE provider has a license through DORA's DPO. 

Each profession has its own Board of Examiners. 

The LPC Board (State Professional Counselor Examiners Board Meeting) meets every 2 months on the first Friday, 6 times
