Colorado RAEs and HCPF published this "audit tool" in July of 2024. Carelon (RAE 2,4) in a communication suggested that this tool was developed with input from all RAEs and this will be the standard audit scoring tool. COMBINE does not have evidence that this is true (as of August 2024).
