From the BHA: "We’ll provide a brief, high-level overview of foundational changes to the proposed provider rules, saving the majority of the time for your priority discussions. If you have not already done so, please register here if you plan to attend. Registration is important for communication in case of inclement weather or changes to the event.

Proposed rule drafts are found on the BHA Laws & Rules page, broken into Chapter-specific PDFs under the “Proposed rule updates” section. We highly recommend reading this Summary of Proposed Changes document early in your review process for helpful context about what is happening in these proposed rule drafts and why.
